Can I change my phone number? Yes — open your profile and update it. Your next sign-in uses the new number.
Payments
How do I pay? Send Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel) to our number, then submit the reference and screenshot under Payments. Or pay in person at our office and select "Paid in person".
How long until I get access? Most payments are approved within a few hours — often in minutes.
My payment was rejected. Double-check the reference matches your transaction, then resubmit a clear screenshot.
Refunds. All subscriptions are non-refundable. Your access runs for 30 days from approval, and your progress is saved forever.
Lessons & progress
Can I rewatch lessons? Yes — unlimited replays while your subscription is active.
Do I lose progress when access expires? Never. Notes, completion and history are saved permanently. Renew anytime to pick up where you left off.
